Why does the fuel not go to common rail and take the return line? Thus, the pressure stays zero in the common rail and the engine does not start. Thank you very much.

This can be because you are out of gas, the primary fuel pump stopped working (common) or the fuel pump relay stopped working, here is the location of the fuel pump relay so you can swap it out, then while cranking the engine over test the grey wire for power and if so the fuel pump needs to be replaced.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester

Here is how to test the for power and I have left the instructions on how to replace the pump which the tank needs to be removed for.

Here is how to drain the fuel from the tank:

Can I ask if the security light is flashing when cranking the engine over? Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.

After I had rebuilt my engine, I couldn't start it. All is right, there's any dtc shown on the scanner.
The pressure in the rail is 65000 kps.
Please help me.

Hi,

In most cases a crank no start condition is caused either by a fuel related issue or an ignition problem.

See if it will start if you use starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, it's fuel related. If there is no change, then I need you to check for ignition spark at the plugs.

Here is a link that explains how that is done:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-for-ignition-spark

Additionally, if you can record it cranking and upload it for me to hear, I should be able to tell if there is a timing or compression issue.

Let me know.

Joe

Hi Joe, In this engine there's no spark. Sorry, I forgot to mention that the engine Z20S is a diesel one.

I would try a little starting fluid to see if it will run that way you can see if it is a fuel problem or not.

It sounds like you need a new fuel injection pump, do you have fuel in the tank? Also lets run the codes to see if any are present.

Please go over this guide and get back to us.

Does the engine run on starting fluid? They make starting fluid for diesel engines, and if it does run the high-pressure fuel pump is probably bad. I would run the codes anyway even though you don't have a check engine light.

Hi,
Yes, the engine runs on starting fluid and stop. Besides this, there is an incomprehensible DTC code p0335, because the sensor is new, the wires and connector are good. The reluctor wheel is also okay. Please help.

If the wiring is good then the PCM might be bad.

The code P0335 typically refers to a "Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction"

I would confirm the wiring is okay then replace the PCM with a preprogrammed unit you can get by searching google or ebay.
