1999 Daewoo Leganza fuel shut off switch

I'm not 100% but I think that is what that switch by the passenger seat should do. If you were to get in a reck, the ball inside moves shutting off the fuel.

First thing is, Does the fuel pump kick in when you first turn the key just before you start it? If it does, your getting power to the pump. And it's not the switch or the relay. Check the fuel filter, you'll find it on the back fire wall. That could be an easy fix. If you don't hear any thing from the fuel pump, try checking your fuel relay. You'll find it under the hood, by the battery. Open the fuse box and look on the top of the lid and it will tell you witch one it is. Istead of going out and buying one, remove the one for the air conditioning. And trade them out, see if that will work. You don't have to start the car, as soon as you turn the key, you should hear the fuel pump kick in. If it does just replace the relay.
