2000 Daewoo Lanos clutch pedal

I was driving when all a sudden my clutch pedal went soft and unresponive towed it home now pedal is stuck and won't move. I was wondering if replacing the master clutch cylinder would fix this problem

You will need to check all around the pedal and master cylinder to locate the fault

CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
Removal & Installation
Remove clutch master cylinder assembly from vehicle. See Fig. 14 . Remove boot and disconnect piston stop ring using ring pliers. Remove pushrod assembly and piston assembly. Inspect clutch master cylinder wall and piston for wear. Replace piston if necessary. Inspect cup and piston for wear. Fluid leaks will show wear on cup and piston. Replace cup and piston if necessary. Inspect pushrod for wear. Repair pushrod if necessary.
To install, apply clean fluid to piston assembly cup and insert piston assembly and pushrod assembly into master cylinder body. Install piston stop ring using ring pliers. Install boot. Install clutch master cylinder assembly into vehicle.

CLUTCH PEDAL ASSEMBLY
Removal & Installation
Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect return spring from mount brace. Remove nut, washer, and pedal mounting shaft. Remove locking washer and piston rod bolt. Remove clutch pedal with return spring from vehicle. See Fig. 15 .
Install clutch pedal with return spring to mount brace. Coat piston rod bolt with multi-purpose grease. Install piston rod bolt and locking washer. Coat pedal mounting shaft with multi-purpose grease. Install pedal mounting shaft, washer, and nut. Tighten clutch pedal nut to 16 ft. lbs. (22 N.m). Connect return spring to mount brace. Connect negative battery cable. See Fig. 16 .
