CV axle replacement step by step instructions needed

My axle was seized up into the spindle so the strut was removed to get it off the car. Now the person that took it off is MIA and I don't know how to remove the strut from the spindle so I can then reattach it to my car so the new spindle and axle can be installed on my car. How do I do any of this? I bought a repair e-manual online but it's no help and no store near me has a actual manual. So please advise me how to find a step by step guide to do these.
