Engine Cranks but does not start, code P0088 Fuel Rail/System Pressure, too high?

Car will turn over but will no start. Have a DTC P0088 Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High and also a DTC P0113 IAT Sensor Circuit High.

Yep, a shorted fuel rail pressure sensor can cause the engine not to start, here is the location of the sensor and additional information on the codes as well:

The code P0088 is a generic OBD-II trouble code that stands for "Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High". This code is set when the engine control module (ECM), also known as the engine control unit (ECU), detects that the fuel pressure is higher than the specified range set by the manufacturer.

The fuel rail pressure sensor, which measures the fuel pressure in the rail, sends this information to the ECM. When the pressure is too high, it may be a result of the fuel pressure regulator failing to control the pressure properly, a clogged fuel return line, or a faulty fuel pump or fuel pressure sensor.

Here is the air intake sensor as well so you can swap it out or see if it is plugged in.
