I ran out of gas the other day and pulled over. I put two gallons in and wouldn't turn over. Noticed it wouldn't go into neutral to push it. Added another gallon and still nothing. I had no issues with gas or any symptoms of a bad fuel pump. Always started right up and always has been very responsive and quick with the throttle. I did check the fuses and noticed the fuel pump relay fuse was blown as well as stop lamp switch, have switched those out with new ones. Also checked the inertia switch in the trunk as well.

Hello,

Okay, if you had two fuses that blew, the fix to your vehicle is to find the short circuit(s) that caused the fuses protecting these circuits to blow. In the diagrams down below I have included wire diagrams for both the fuel pump and taillight circuits with the wires for these circuits highlighted for you. I have also included instructions for finding a short to ground or "short circuits" in an automobile electrical circuit. You will need to use a multi-meter to do this and I have also included a link below for you to go to if you are unfamiliar with how to use one:

Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
