The top went down fine but it would not go up. I pushed the button and it made no noise.I had someone hold the button and managed to put it up manually, But only if the button was pushed. Could it be the switch?

It could be the switch you just need to see if it is getting and sending power first. Could be a relay as well though. There is also a power amplifier under right front seat but check relay and switch first.

Thanks for the reply! I discovered it is still getting power. The top goes down fine but goes up very slowly and it needs to be pulled manually, while the top up button is depressed. I heard it could possibly be a hydraulic issue in the top motor. Any other input?

You will have to check the fluid to make sure there have been no leaks. Actually have a pro do it save yourself some money
