Intermittent stall/no start condition, cluster says reduced power. Only code is P0601. Have cleaned all ground points, as well as both battery connections, both sides of fuse to main relay box. Runs well when she will start and run. Other notes are vehicle will start run approximately five minutes. Stall and not restart. Theft light in cluster does not come on, only says reduced power.

Hello,

This might be a problem with your Power-train Control Module(PCM), AKA, your vehicle's "computer". I have included for you in the diagrams below a step by step troubleshooting flowchart for you to go through. Please let us know what you find out

Update: was not aware of the two main ground junctions or their of their locations under the hood but after learning of them I inspected and cleaned them and now she seem to be her old self ! Will continue to update if needed and thank you! Think they are called G-105 and G-106 by the book are located #1 is on the drivers side just a little toward the windshield on the inner fender. #2 is located in line with the center of the air cleaner on the inner fender, you will need to remove the air cleaner cover to access the 10 mm bolt.

Hello again,

Can you double check the DTC number for me again? DTC U0111 is a generic code for PCM lost communication with the battery. It is used in a hybrid vehicle. The "U" in the DTC does stand for a Network Error, though.

Thanks,
Alex

I was finally able to get a computer that makes the truck run correctly, but now have code P0315 which is crank position not learned. It's alive and runs as it did before. But worried about driving it.
