Truck runs rough at times the engine shakes and shuts off at idle

My truck runs rough at times with engine shaking and also tends to shut off while driving out at idle. Check engine code is showing 12 and 55. I checked the code and all it says is that it has something to do with the battery being disconnected and to check battery power and ground connections. Would this cause my truck to run like this? Please Help!

There is no code 12 only 11 or 13. 55 means the scan is complete. 11 is a crank sensor problem and 13 is map so check for a vacuum leak and do a wiggle test on crank sensor harness may be bad. then check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. finally do basic engine checks like wires/plugs, distributor cap. see link for fuel pump.
