Clutch pedal bracket?

Is there a difference in the clutch pedal bracket for a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed manual transmission?

Hi,

I'm assuming that since it has the 6.6L, it is a 2500. Is that correct? If so, the design for the ML6 (six-speed) and the 5-speed transmission clutch master cylinders is different. Chances are that the mount is different.

What problem are you having?

It is a ML6 six speed. On a 2500 HD 4x4 with a Duramax. I was told the clutch pedal bracket for a 5-speed would work. I ordered one and it doesn't fit the master cylinder. I can't find a 6-speed bracket online anywhere.

Yep, that is a different design. Here are two links that sell what you need, but the parts aren't cheap. Take a look and let me know if that looks correct.

I don't need a pedal. All I need is a clutch pedal bracket. What you showed I would have to modify the master cylinder. All I want is a bracket.

I believe the OEM part number is 15027983, but like you, I'm finding nothing. Are you able to take a picture of the one needed so I can see it?

That happens. If you look up the OEM part number I attached, does that look like the correct part or not? If not, I think the only way you will find one is at a salvage yard.
