When I bought the n70 Porsche it didn't have any cable so I have no way of knowing the proper way to hook one up. Please show me (Complete illustration)of AA the pieces from the pedal end to the transmission end how all the pieces fit together. Thank you. 911-S.(1970).

Welcome to 2CarPros.

I looked everywhere for pictures and found none. The best I could find are the written directions. I had to attach them in an picture. Let me know if it helps. Also, if you are having trouble with something, take a pic of it and upload it for me to see. I should be able to help.

Take care,

Joe

Thanks for your time but what tunnel does the cable pull through and I need to know how it connects at the fork. There wasn't a cable when I bought the Porsche. Your advice is appreciated. Thank you.I know how it attaches at the pedal.I need to see all parts attached at the fork. Bob.

Bob:
By chance do you have the new cable? If so, could you upload it for me to see the end that goes to the fork? I have to be honest, I have checked all my manuals and they are really limited and provide no specifics as far as connections. Maybe if I see it, I will be able to recognize it.

Joe, I am new to computers and don't know how to upload. I think your information service is excellent. Thank you for trying to solve my dilemma. Most experts are unfamiliar with foreign products. Thanks for trying. BOB.

Bob,

I plan on looking through my old manuals to see if I can find one related to this. My biggest problem is the age of the vehicle. Most of these vehicles are gone. As a result, so are the old manuals (books). I will check. If I find one, I promise I will get back to you.

Take care,
Joe
