2005 Citroen C4 Manual 19000 miles

my citroen c4 has got a speed control fault, the service light comes on when I switch my cruise control and limiter on, is this likely to be mechanical or electrical and how much should it cost to fix?

This wiould be an electrical/sensor fault probably. Untill the fault is diagnosed by a diagnostic computer. We couldn't supply a cost of repair !
