2003 Chrysler Van jerks when braking around 50 kilometers

When braking it jerks around 50 kilometers, and it always happens. Could it be some sort of a solonoid console attatch to the outside of the transmission that needs to be changed. Thank you.

Hi:
IF the problem only happens when you are braking, I would say it is brake related. Can you describe what happens? Does the car pull to one side? Is there a pulsation? Have you checked to see if a wheel cylender is leaking?
