I have a 2004 Chysler Town & Country with COde P0405 everything I read online says EGR valve but scanner says misfire cylinder 4 I am using Snapon scanner MT2500 but only in generic OBD-II because my scanner is only updated to 2000. Please let me know where to start! Robert

Well, the code you list is definatly related to egr which could contribute ti the missfire the cheapest fix for now is tune up to confirm there should be no missfire then if it still comes back new egr approx $400.00 installed if it still comes back then throw scanner away or atleast update it. Wait sorry cheapest fix have a Chrysler certified shop scan it because then it's on their heads for the repair prob. About $84.00 for scan
