2001 Chrysler Town and Country Van Stalls

I put the obdtwo tester on and got a trouble code of P 0775 (shifter solonoid B) what is it and where is it located? Can I replace it myself? Greatful for any help on this matter.

That is a transmission code. Shifter solenoid B is a solenoid that is internally located in your transmission. I am not 100% but on most vehicles to replace this solenoid you have to remove the transmission.
