I have a couple of questions.
1. How much and how long does it take to repair a cracked muffler?
2. My sensor on my crank shaft went out also the sensor in the engine. How do I replace both?
3. I have little knowledge of cars but I am interested in leaning how to fix my own car. Do you know of any books or classes that can be of use?

Actually, a muffler usually takes about 30 minutes. As far as the crank sensor, it is in the top of the transmission bell housing.

I don't know where you are as far as classes available. However, if you visit your local parts store, they will have repair manuals for you. Also, there is an online repair manual on this site that you can use.

Let me know if you have other questions.

Joe
