I am having a problem with my heat and a/c. It gets very hot, and very cold, but it only blows to defrost to front window. When I turn my climate control knob to have it blow in my face or at my feet, it remains at the windshield. I thought at first it was a bad climate control panel, so I replaced the whole thing, and the knobs to control the heat, and power still work, I just have no control of where the heat or a/c blows.

Try disconnecting for 10 min. This will reset the computer to the factory settings. The dealer can also calibrate the heater.

It is not the control panel, rather the "blending door" motor. When you switch from defrost to floor to face, you should hear the faint sound coming from the blending door motor. This motor is responsible to divert the air to the appropriate selection. Looks like either the motor is defective, or the door has came off of track and therefore you are stuck with defrost all the time.
