1996 Chrysler Sebring Doesn't Start

My car won't start. It has power to everything but the stereo. When I try to turn it over it makes no noise in the engine and there is no kind of clicking of any sort. It's just dead silence.

Welcome to the forum, I'd make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good. Next, I'd check the circuits at the starter relay. Voltage to switch side of relay is hot all the time. Voltage to the coil side of relay goes hot with key in the crank position.

Can you tell if there is a load on the starter circuit when trying to crank, watch the lites, if they dim or go out, there is load on the circuit.
