I just had this motor put in. It runs good untill it warms up and then it starts runing like poop. I took it to the dealer and they said it needed a new distributer so I put a brand new on in it and its still doing the same thing. I dont no what else to do.

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating, bogging etc. Could be caused by one of the following below.

Inspect and test all the following listed below and get back with some results

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.

Havignt he same issue, 1996 chrysler sebring, hesitates bad when trying to accelerate, eventually it will get going but its at a dangerous state pulling out onto a highway etc. Replaced, plugs, wires, distributor. Can't seem to figure out what is wrong.

Did you find a fix for yours?
