Chrysler Other Repair Question

Dashboard ights flashing
I have a 2002 Chrysler Interpid that has 99850 miles, and I have has several repairs done but now I am noticing my dashboard lights are flashing while I am driving. The lights go bright then back normal. Could you please let me know if I have a electrical problem or what could it be. I would appreciate your help :(

The ground for the dash lights comes from the ground side of the cigar lighter. The 12V comes from a 4Amp or 7.5 amp fuse in the inside fuse panel. I suspect a bad ground Good luck
