Antifreeze everywhere

I have a 1994 Chrylser Lebaron and I noticed smoke coming from under the hood. I stopped the car and looked under the hood and there is antifreeze everywhere, even on the top of the hood. The car is not overheating, the smoke was due to the antifreeze dripping off the hood onto all the hot engine parts. What would cause something like this? I just had the waterpump, radiator and the thermostat replaced about 3 weeks ago.

There is a leak, possibly one of the hose clamps are not tight, and the antifreeze is being sprayed by the fan across the engine. It probably doesn't happen until the engine is warmed up, the thermostat opens, the antifreeze starts to circulate, and the cooling system builds up pressure. Check your hose connections to see if one is not tight while the engine is cold, being particular to the big hose on the top of the radiator over the fan. If you can't find the leak, start your car with the hood open and watch closely from the side of the car to try to find where it is leaking from. It may take a few minutes until the pressure builds up enough to cause the leak.
