2003 Chrysler 300M noise in brake pedal

The brake pedal is making a very accute sound when I push the brake pedal. I replaced the brakes, changed tires but the sound continious. What is that noise. How I can eliminate that noise

We first must narrow this problem down a bit first,

Dose it make the noise when the car is moving or stationary?

Will it make the noise when the engine is running, stopped or both?

Dose it sound like its in side the car or out side?

Is there any associated feel in the brake pedal when the noise happens?
