1995 Chrysler LHS brake light bulbs

Sounds simple - the brake lights dont light up. I want to check the bulbs but acces is not so obvious on this car. There are panels covering the entire area inside the trunk with no clear way to remove them. Help me, please

Those panels are attached by many plastic tabs. You have to remove those tabs in order to access the taillight. Flat head screw driver works, but you ruin those precious tabs. The best way to remove those tabs is by using panel removal tool, such as

Once the panels are out of the way, I think there are three black screw tabs that you have to remove, and taillight should come.
