Noises problem
1994 Chrysler Le Baron 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 110k miles

I noticed that recently, shortly after I've been driving my car for a bit, it begins to make a high-pitch whine. The whine sounds like its coming from my power steering since when ever I turn the wheel after the sound has started, that it changes pitches, but the sound continues even when im driving straight down the road. I checked the power steering fluid and its fine, but as a college student, I don't want to spend money to fix my car unless I know whats wrong with it.

Either it is the Multi-V-Belt that has to be replaced or it is the guiding wheel where this belt is driving over, that has to be replaced. All the Multi-V-Belt wheels and guidance has to be adjusted
