2001 Chrysler Concorde stereo wiring hook-up

Im trying to put in a cd player instead of the oirginal radio but the cd player show the wiring diagram, but I dont the the cars wiring diagram, so I cant but the wires in the right place, Im the opposite of a car expert, so I was wondering how am I going to figure out which wires from the cd player go to which wires of the car? Maybe you can help me out with this. Thank You, Joze V.
