1993 Chrysler Concorde mpg

My concorde only gets about 12 mpg right now any ideas?

If you keep the air filter clean, the yires inflated properly and remove any weight not needed, that is the cheapest way. Then drive it with great patience and slowest acceleration and test mileage again. Let me know.
