1993 Chrysler Concorde car wont start

Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl Manual 179, 00 miles

drove about a foot, car shut off, thought I ran out of gas, friend took me to get gas still would not start maybe not enough put more in still would not start. Got a jump would not start. Mechanic said I needed a fuel pump got a ful pump still would not start, got a new battery still no go. What is the problem with my car. Please help.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay -check if the injectors are pulsing if so-look for spark

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine atleast 3/16 away from ground-have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark?
