When I start to brake, and now sometimes when I turn the wheel, I hear this scraping sound. It's definitely not the brakes, since they're all new. And also, recently, when the car is in slow motion, occasionally there is a popping/clicking sound from the right side. The car has always made funny noises, but they seem to be getting worse, and more frequent. Could this have anything to do with springs/struts/suspension?

Hello,

The Clicking sound in most cases indicate the CV Axle is going bad. The scraping could be the brake pads if there not seated properly or if a rotor is warpped. It could also be the wheel bearing.
