where is the reset button on the electric fuel pump for this vehicle or is there one?

Welcome to he forum, no reset button, That I know of. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Check for voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector, engine cranking, gray wire at the connector is voltage for the pump, black wire is ground. The picture is for 5.0 and 5.7 litre engine. The fuel pump relay is under hood, driver side fender lining, number 15. C8 should be fuel pump test connector, if you use a jumper wire with inline fuse from battery voltage to connector, the pump should run, no need to use the key. The wire color at connector is usually red or gray, nothing plugged into the connector.
