1994 Chevy Pickup 1500

I have a 94 Chevy pickup 1500, 135K miles. 2 wheel drive. About every other time I go to start it sounds like the solenoid or Bendix isn't catching the starter. It takes 5-6 times before it catches. Whaddya' think?

Had same problem had walmart check battery, put in a new one and have not had problem return. Old battery had 1 dead cell and 2 that were weak. :D
