95 Blazer 4X4 4wheel low light blinking

Just bought a 95 blazer. When I push the 4wheel low button the light stays blinking and the 4whell high button is lit. Was wondering if this is normal or is there a problem with 4wheel low. Thanks

Did it come with a manual, if not the 4 low if I remember right on that year can only be engaged while in neutral and moving, so it will stay in 4 high until it sees neutral and you may have to hit the button again, the blinking is normal its telling you it cant do what you asked it to.
