Hi all, im new to this site, but I hope it helps my problem here. I have a 99 tahoe with the 5.7L, and it wont start. It will crank over just fine, has fuel psi of 60 psi, and has spark. My guess is that there is a sensor somewhere that is bad (maybe a crank position sensor?). All of the fuses inside the dash and engine compartment are good. I am lost for ideas now. Anyone ever experience this? What should I check next? I just dont want to pay for a tow and then pay a dealer to tell me what all of you guys can offer for free. Thanks in advance !

I had the same problem. The fule pump is in the gas tank but there is also another unit under the intake manifold, I think it is the fuel sending unit but I am not sure of the name. You may be getting pressure up to the intake manifold and the carb looking thing but not beyond that. Sorry but I don't know the process for checking it. Good luck.

Fuel pressure is good but is flow good. The part by the manifold is the fuel presure regulator. Also how old are the plugs? And what do they look like?
