A/C stuck on defrost?

My battery went out yesterday. Upon replacing the battery, the damper appears to have gotten stuck. I cannot get it off of defrost. I have turned it on and off, changed all the settings, and will only blows on a/c. It very hot here in Texas. Please help!

This is because the Mode vacatur is not working and needs replacement this guide will show you how.

I actually fixed it. By turning off the ac while the truck was running, turning off the truck, removing a/c and hvac fuses, put fuses back in, start truck. Let it run for a minute and turned it back on. Works just like it did beafore the battery went dead. But, thank you.
