Ive had my tahoe into the shop 6 times for the same problem they have changed my pump and relay and filter out 6 time and it will work for a while than will die while running or will not fire, it cranks fine, if I have it towed some times it will fire up at the shop and the fuel pressure will read ok idle is at 500

What brand of pumps are they using? Have the wired in the updated connector for these pumps? The old connectors were too light-weight and could overheat causing the pump to not work.

I always install A/C Delco adn they come with an updated wiring pigtail. Are they verifying power to the pump when repalcing them? Sounds like they need to verify power to the relay and that the relay is being triggered as well. Need to narrow it down to just the one actual issue
