1999 Chevy Tahoe reverse
why won't my tahoe move when i put it in reverse?

Check the transmission fluid level. Remember to check it when the engine is warm and running. Low fluid level will cause this. Does it go forward and shift properly?

Fluid ok. Hesitates from 1st to 2nd others ok.

Sounds like the transmission filter is blocked up or one or two solonoids inside of the transmission are failing.
