Hello I have a 1999 Chevy Tahoe LT and for the past 4 months I have had a Service Engine Light on and the code is P0102 MAF Sensor low.I replaced the MAF with 5 new MAF sensors, MAP sensor, Air temp sensor and Air Filter twice.I have had about 6 mechanics look at My truck and the checked for vaccum leaks, faulty MAF Sensor and they seem to cannot find the problem. The light will go off after a day or two or maybe even a month but still when Im driving it does some sort of hesitation or trys to stall and then the light comes right back on. Ive spent so much money on this one problem its really breaking me and I just had a newborn and she is not safe in this truck Every now and then if I stop at a red light it will die when the light comes on. Its really hurting my finances I dont know what to do anymore Please someone help me Ive tried everything and the mechanics here wont do anything but clear the code and tell me I need another MAF Sensor or Let the dealer carge me $100 to just look or put it on a machine that just tells me where extra air is coming into my engine or something like that, Thank you so much I really need help its scaring me to put my child in here but its all we can afford.

Right rear of the cylinder head, usually the drivers side head, but can be either one. Check the ground attached to the head, there is a Tech bulletin about this ground, and your MAF is tied to that ground, remove the ground, clean up the ground wire and the head with emory cloth, re attach and seal with RTV.
