While driving I am getting a humming noise as well as a small vibration. The symptons seem to cease when I accelerate and get the RPMs up over 2000. It doesn't make the sound when I brake, but it does make the sound and vibration at different speeds when I let off the gas. Any Ideas?

Replace all of the U-joints and see what happens. It sounds like the U-joints are starting to fail, but it can be hard to determine which one. With 190000 miles it is time anyway - so just replace them and post back the results.
