I have replaced the oxygen sensor at the TBI. The car now struggle to start and has low idle. It's ODB-I. The O2 sensor is reading rippling errors on my AutoRay. Also, does my exhaust sensor have a play in all this? It is misfiring when cold.

Im a little confused. Exactly what sensor did you replace at the TBI? The oxygen sensor is in the exhaust, not in the intake manifold. Drippling errors?
Has the truck been tuned up? If so what plugs were used?

Yes the rippling signal is from an engine misfire this need to be fixed that way the engine will start better and the oxygen sensor will start to read correctly. Please go over this guide to fix the problem.
