CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT CAUSED THIS AND HOW TO FIX IT.

THANKS

The maximum allowable pressure level is 60 psi, the oil pressure overcomes the spring pressure and allow the valve to open.
The oil pump pressure- relief valve need to be checked, it's may be stuck open.
To inspect or service the valve, you need to disasemble the lower part of the engine to gain access to the pump.
