When the a/c is turned on we get heat for the drivers side. A/c for the passenger and the rear. What part is causing this?

One of your doors for the air is either stuck or not working. They are either vacuum or electrically operated. You'll have to feel around under the dash and see if you can free it up by hand then see if it's a vacuum leak, etc. You may have to pull a panel off to get to it.
