Won't start

My 2004 2500hd vortec v8 won't start there is a picture of a truck with alock on the dash light the truck has full power and only 20,000. Mi. Help! :( :(

does it crank but no start?

My trail blazer did somthing similar. Mine wouldn't even crank like no power to the starter/switch. And the lock on the dash came up. It was a bad key switch, low power at the switch. Dealer replaced and has been fine. Hope this helps.
