I checked all the grounds all are good, hooked up volt
meter to battery and drove around, while watching the volt meter it starts out at 14.5 volts and drops to 11 volts with the headlights and heater blower
motor running, my battery is wet on the outside

I wonder since you replaced the blower, alt and belt and battery checks out if the headlight switch my have a bad ground internally

the midtronics testers are about the best around especially the grey model with the blue stripe

If I turn just the blower motor off the voltage will
come up to 13 volts, or if I turn off just the headlights the voltage comes up to 13 volts, it doesn't matter whitch one I turn off the voltage comes back up, it only does it with both on. Now a new problem is showing up, the rpm's jump and feels like the engine's dieing, it stalled on me today and started back up

Give me a truck diesel and I can fig it out, but come to auto's and I;m stumped!
