I have a 2000 Silverado Z71 4X4 with a 5.3 L with 288,000 km.
Recently I got an error code of P0161, O2 heater circuit. I replaced the corresponding sensor in Bank 2, Sensor 2. Then I got a code of P0157 which is for low voltage for the same sensor.
Could this be caused from a malfunctioning Mass Air Flow Sensor? If not what else could cause this?
Thanks!

Did'nt drop or damage it did you? Unplug and replug it! Clear code and drive, see if that helps, Any MAF driveability issues?

Hi!
I didn't drop it and I tried plugging it in again. The code still came up. What else could it be? According to my code reader the MAF is running ok. Since it is only this one sensor (post converter) could it possibly be a problem with the catalytic converter? A hole in the converter? The low voltage means that there is a higher oxygen content at the sensor. Any other ideas?

Unplug the MAF and go for a short ride, see if it improves...MAF does not always throw a code when bad!
