99 Silverado oil pressure

Oil pressure rises from 40 to about 50 upon acceleration, also change oil display comes on when starting, oil has been changed

It is normal for the pressure to rise on acceleration. You can reset the oil change message by doing the following. Turn key to on position, press the gas pedal to the floor three times within 5 seconds. Wait 10 seconds, then start the vehicle.
