I replaced engine in my 1999 Silverado with engine from 2002 Blazer, same VIN identifier W, Vortec 4.3 V6, two differences in the engines are oil level sensor in oil pan and type of knock sensor (old sensor one wire sqeeze connector, new sensor two wire plug) I have major hesitation on intial take off but then once that passes it seems to run ok with a little missing in heavy accelaration, I have checked fuel system, injectors, new plugs, and all the other sensors. My question is how to make current knock sensor work w/PCM, do I need to get a new harness or is there an adapter to use my original wiring? I know that it is not wired correctly and keep getting 0327 low circuit on bank one. Please help:)

I am including a wiring diagram of a 2002 Chevy Blazer

you can see by the diagram that the Knock sensor is wired to the powertrain control module check and see if you can wire the new sensor to your current powertrain control module. This next diagram is your 1999 Silverado
