I have a 02 chevy silverado, that I dont drive very much, it sounds and runs fine but one day I opened the oil lid saw drops of water on it, do you think the engine is about to die or what do you think is the problem?

Hi there,

If you don't run the engine to full operation temp, you can get condensation forming in the rocker cover, you may see a bit of moisture under the oil cap, thes is not a real problem, if the engine oil starts to turn a coffee colour and you are loosing coolant, then you have a problem, flush the oil and try and get the engine up to temp (hot oil temp) when you can and this will help stop the condensation forming.
