Heater problem
2000 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I change the motor out on this vehicle and there is no heat the blower is working and the thermistat is not sticking what else could it be

Your hot cold adjustment moves a flapper at the discharge of the fan. If the vacuum is not present, it will not move when you change the temperature knob control. If it is blowing cold air, that is probably your problem. Also the control knob may be bad not sending a signal to cause the flapper to move. No power to control knob, or power leaving control knob to cause flapper to move.
