1997 Chevy Silverado V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

The Fuel pump sometimes will run if the key is off or on. I unhook battery for the night and next morning it works fine until it does it again. Any Ideas?

Checked relays it will run with relay out. And I did pull the right one makes no sense?
