I have a 1996 cheverolet Silverado Z71 with 168,540 miles on it I just put in a new fuel pump and fuel filter, changed spark plugs. My truck only on take off after it has sat in one spot for a short period of time only after I start it though will spit and sputter and almost die. After I get going for a little bit it will be fine and run great. Even if I stop at a stop sign or just stop it will take off fine right away then. What could it possible be?

Does it set a check engine light. Maybe a IAC sticking or a TPS sensor going bad

IT does not send a check engine light. I don't know if it would be the IAC though because it will sit there fine idling. I can rev up the engine and it would do fine until I stick it in gear and take off. And I guess I don't know what the TPS sensor is or does.

You are gonna need to drive it and watch for what cylinder is misfiring, what your fuel trims are reading ect. You will need a scan tool for this. Did you replace your distrubitor cap and rotor?
