My truck has an electrical problem three things go out at once my air, windshield wiper motor, and tail lights are backwards. Sometimes everything works and it will all at once quit working.

I don't know what you mean by tail lites are backwards? I'd have to check component circuits individually. For the tail lamps, brown wire is voltage, when headlamp switch is on. Black wire is ground. If no voltage, that comes from the headlamp switch. Also when problem is ongoing for tail lamps, check the park/lamps fuse for voltage, should be hot all the time.
